I am a big foodie. I have always loved eating and celebrating food. But the moment I put the label of 'Healthy food' then I loose interest. My first tip to eating healthy is to actually stop calling your food healthy.

But with the mindful eating habits mentioned in the video I have fallen in love with eating all over again, only this time I am eating the right thing, and cleverly feeding my body what it wants.

And if you know me, you know that my healthy eating habits are all simple and easy. Honestly, these healthy eating habits have totally changed the way I look at food and my life.

Fusili recipe:
100g whole wheat pasta
3 large tomatoes
100g broccoli
1 clove or garlic (crushed)
Chili flakes and salt to season
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tbsp Olive oil

Boil pasta according to packet instructions. In the mean time, blitz the tomatoes into puree and prepare the broccoli. Into a pan, heat the oil, add garlic, broccoli and cook for a few minutes until the broccoli is dark green. Then add the tomato and the herbs and spiced and cook. Then add the cooked pasta and stir to mix. Enjoy hot!
