Many insurances today fall under category of uncertainty, deception and risk. Sometimes there is interest involved as well. If you have a job that deals with some of these products that are not Islamic and clearly prohibited then you have two ways of looking at this from the point of Fiqh.

You need to see if you are directly involved in sale and purchase of these contracts or if you are a part of the company and not necessarily serving directly nor do these contracts form the bulk of your work.
