Drag racing... so many ups and downs when it comes to drag racing. Some ups and a lot of downs is exactly what happened last weekend for the first points race of the year. The weekend started off strong with my supercharged 1971 Chevy Nova destroying its previous personal best record! The air and conditions were just right and I cannot believe this little small block Chevy is inching it's way to the 9's!

We struggled during eliminations which is expected while learning a new set up... but luck wasn't on our side either. However, I learned A LOT about the car and how consistent it will be this year! As long as I do my job on the starting line, I believe we can be very tough to beat. Only up from here!
