Housing market has been frozen in 2023 but 2024 looks promising right now. Massachusetts numbers show that the prices in many MA towns didn't go down by much in 2023, despite the high interest rates. They even grew by 1%-8% in some areas. The FED predicts 3 interest rate cuts in 2024, which will make many Home Buyers jump back into the market.
