This is a medium large rental property repair that I just completed. I partially explain a technique I have developed over the last 20 years I call foam gaubing. It’s not a structural repair, but it is waterproof and a cosmetic alternative to full replacement of damaged wood. I’ve never seen anyone else perform this but I could be wrong. Watch till the end.
