This Week’s Happy Hour Special: Dirty Martini
Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
• 1/2 ounce olive brine
• 3 olives for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice, then add the vodka, vermouth and olive brine. Shake until well chilled (about 15–20 seconds). Using a fine mesh strainer, double strain the liquid into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a skewer of olives and enjoy!
