This is my 2004 BMW e46, 320i with an M54 engine.

This video is about refreshing the cooling circuit:
- Water pump (SKF)
- Radiator (Mahle)
- Inlet & outlet hoses (Febi)
- Temperature sensor (at the radiator outlet) (Facet)
- Thermostat (Mahle/Behr)
- Expansion tank and cup (Mahle)
- Of course new coolant (Liqui Moly)

All the above mentioned parts that I have changed were original despite the age and mileage of the car (17 years, 195.000km)

This project was easy to do but like always I did it on several steps (days).

The torque settings for the screws / useful information:

- Water pump: 10 Nm
- Themostat: 10 Nm
- Engine Bloc drain plug: (To be added)
- Engine bloc draing screw washer size: Ø14 x 18x 1,5mm (Aluminium)
- Coolant: Liqui Moly KFS 11 (at least 5 liters because you will need some for the bleeding)
- Coolant mix: 50/50% demin water + coolant)
- Coolant quantity (mixed): 8,5 liters
- Pressure test: apply 1,5 bar, wait 2 minutes, pressure drop should not exceed 0,1 bar.
