Dodge touts it as the world's fastest mass-produced sedan with a top speed of 196 miles per hour (315 kilometers per hour). Using the caveat "mass produced" is the brand's way to get around a faster, lower production vehicle like the new Bentley Flying Spur that tops out at 207 mph (333 kph).
