Join me as we dive into a solution for mounting lights on corrugated metal buildings! Using our CAD program and Fadal CNC Mill, we machine nylatron plastic blocks into mounting blocks for light fixtures. Great long term solution for any type of product needing to be mounted on any type of corrugated material. Today I show the process of machining these blocks. Using a 1/2" ball nose endmill and a 1/4" ball nose endmill, we turn flat blocks into all different shapes.
