Want a meal under $10, try these Neck Bones with some Corn on the Cobb and Greens Beans!

Vinegar for cleaning
4 Lbs. Fresh Neck Bones
2 Cups Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce (or sauce of choice)
1/2 Dr. Pepper
3/4 Cup Chicken Stock
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Sweet & Smokey Seasoning
Paprika
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Oil (enough to sear your meat)

Preheat Oven to 325
Wash Neck Bones with a little Vinegar, making sure to rub and clean thoroughly.
Sprinkle seasoning over meat, making sure to cover all neck pieces. Add Paprika and rub through meat.
Heat oil in pot for searing
Add Neck bones and sear/brown on both sides
Remove meat from pot and pour out excess oil
Add meat back to pot and pour in Chicken Stock
Cover and place in over for 1 1/2 hours
Pour BBQ Sauce (see below) over meat and cover
Cook another 1 1/2 hours
Add another layer of BBQ sauce over meat and place back in over, uncovered, for 20 minutes

Enjoy with Corn on the Cobb and Green Beans (All under $10)

BBQ Sauce Mixture
2 Cups Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Dr. Pepper
Heat and stir thoroughly for about 10-15 minutes.
