I take a Rivian R1S to a 350-kW EVgo DC fast charging station to find out how long it takes to charge and how much it costs. The R1S SUV and R1T truck currently have the same 135-kWh battery pack (Large), but Rivian will soon produce other sizes. They also share a max charging speed of about 210-220 kW, but that speed will increase sometime soon. 350-kW fast charging stations are currently the fastest ones available.

Keep in mind that most charging should be done at home, which is much cheaper. Fast-charging stations are normally meant for out-of-town driving or if you need to top off the battery.
