Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

3/4 Cup Oat Milk (or any milk)
Dash of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
1 Tablespoon brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup rolled oats


Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup

Two Chicken Breasts (browned on either side, and shredded when ready)
4-6 Cups Of Chicken broth
1 Onion
3 Celery Sticks
2 Large Carrot Sticks
Zest of one Lemon
Salt & Pepper To Taste
3/4 Cup Orzo
