What kind of habits are you forming by the actions you take today?

21 days isn’t that much time. It’s 3 weeks.

But it was also the last 3 weeks.

What did you do over the last 3 weeks that seem to be easy to do now? Like second nature?

Maybe it was skipping meals because you didn’t have time and now you feel proud that you “don’t have to slow down and can just keep working”

Maybe it was reaching for a bowl of ice cream or a glass (or 2) of wine after a long day “just to relax”

Maybe it was hitting the gym way to hard, but now you feel like if you step back, you will lose progress. Or maybe it was the opposite, it’s now easy for you to NOT work out, easy to skip walks and simply sit on the couch and binge watch a show.

Maybe you don’t feel like you have time, patience, or skill to cook healthy meals each night so instead, you opt for a frozen meal or take out and you’ll “get around to cooking again next week”
