If you recently watched Captain Marvel, you would have seen Akira and Azari Akbar play young versions of the superhero Monica Rambeau. Rambeau may have only played a supporting role, but she will be portrayed as an adult in the upcoming WandaVision, and she plays a significant role in the comics.

She made her debut in 1982’s The Amazing Spiderman Annual # 16, and she went on to become the second Captain Marvel, even leading the Avengers for a time.
