This elegant dish is simple and a perfect Valentine's meal. Easy to prepare. The sauce can be use on any meat dishes.

Ingredients:
Sauce:
100 gr butter
1/2 bunch of fresh dill, chopped
2 medium garlic diced
1/2 white onion chopped
Juice of 1 lime
50 ml of white wine
1/2 litre of cream (10%)
salt & pepper

Rice:
1 cup of basmati rice
1 tbsp saffron
1 cup of water to soak the saffron
1 cup additional water for the rice

Salmon:
4 pieces
2 tbsp cooking oil

Toppings:
1/2 red pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 mango, diced or strips
2 green onions, chopped

House Salad:
Mixed greens
mango
red/orange peppers
strawberries
