If I could go back in time and tell myself 3 things after my first miscarriage; this is what I'd tell myself.
1. Take a break from trying to conceive (for at least 3 months) to get healthy physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
2. Demand your Doctor does basic testing.
3. Talk to someone (either a friend or a professional).
