1. When you see the crescent moon
اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ علَيْنَا بِالأَمْنِ والإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلامَةِ والإِسْلامِ ، رَبّي ورَبُّكَ اللَّه
Allahumma ahillahu alayna bil-amni wal-iman
Was-salaamati wal-islam. Rabbi wa rabbuka Allah
O Allah, make it a start full of peace and faith, safety and islam. My lord and your lord is Allah

2. Dua for Suhur (Sehri) – when beginning the Fast
وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ
Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri ramadan
I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan

3. Dua for Iftar – when breaking the Fast
اللَّهُمَّ اِنِّى لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ امنْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ اَفْطَرْتُ
Allahumma inni laka sumtu, wa bika amantu, wa alaika tawakkaltu, wa a la rizq-ika iftar-tu
O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You, and I put my trust in You, and I break my fast with Your sustenance

4. Dua for Iftar – breaking the Fast with a group of people
أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الأَبْرَارُ وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ
Aftara indakum as-saa’imoon, wa akala ta’aamakum al-abraar, wa sallat alaikum al-malaa’ikah
May the fasting people break fast at your place, and may the pious eat from your food, and may
the angels pray for you

5. If someone angers you when you are fasting
إِنِّي صَائِمٌ ، إِنِّي صَائِمٌ
Innee saa’im, innee saa’im
I’m fasting, I’m fasting

6. Dua for the First Ashra
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Rabbi ighfir warham wa anta khair ur raahimeen
O my Lord! Forgive me and have mercy and You are the best, most merciful

7. Dua for the Second Ashra
أسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ رَبي مِنْ كُلِ ذَنبٍ وَأتُوبُ إلَيهِ
Astaghfirullah rabbi min kulli zambiyon wa atoobu ilaiyh
I ask for forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, from every sin I committed

8. Dua for the Third Ashra
اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ
Allahumma ajirni minan naar
O Allah, save me from the hellfire

9. If you encounter Laylatul Qadr
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbu al-afwa fa’fu anni
O Allah You are forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me

10. Dua for Asking Forgiveness

اللّٰهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِيْ وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِيْ، فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ إِلَّاأَنْتَ
Allahumma anta rabbi, la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya, wa abu'u bidhanbi faghfir li, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta
O Allah! You are my Lord. There is no true god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You have the power to pardon
