Here's what my 16-month-old toddler and I eat in a day. As always, everything is very quick, simple, and completely homemade. For now everything is still gluten free, but now that we've been able to successfully add dairy back in thanks to TRS, we have our eyes set on sourdough bread next. Super excited to share some more sourdough recipes with you in the near future if everything goes well. Hope you enjoy the video, and thank you so much for watching!

Banana pancakes:
3 medium bananas. 4 eggs, 2 tbsp of rice flour, a pinch of salt and some cinnamon. That's it!

Green bean salad:
a bag of frozen green beans, a jar of sweet corn, 3 medium tomatoes, 1/4 medium onion, 5 tbsp extra virgin oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Turkish red lentil soup:
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 large potato, 2 medium carrots, 1 medium onion, 2/3 cup red lentils, salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/4 dried cumin, 2 litres of water or stock. And then for the finishing touches for serving, these are all optional, but you can add some melted butter, sweet paprika powder, and lemon juice from 1 lemon.
