“Extra” caught up with the cast of “Supergirl” at the 2019 Comic-Con International: San Diego, where they dished on the new season.

Along with discussing the focus of the new season, Melissa Benoist noted that her character is getting a new super suit that includes pants. She said, "I can move… it’s so comfortable… it’s so empowering.”

Melissa’s co-star Andrea Brooks also pointed out that she is pregnant, joking that crying scenes will come easier since she’s “hormonal.”
