Today we hopped on the train out of Boston and headed to SALEM for the day. We spent the whole day in Salem, following the Salem Heritage Trail and visiting all the top sights, including the Witch House, the Witch Museum, the House of Seven Gables and other sights, including several locations relating to the Salem Witch Trials and Hocus Pocus filming locations.
We even venture off the Heritage Trail for a few spots, including the OLDEST candy store in all of the USA, as well as a pretty famous house featured in Hocus Pocus!
Salem is such a beautiful town in Massachusetts an is definitely one of the best smaller U.S cities we have visited. As a bonus, it makes the perfect location if you are looking for a quick day trip out of Boston.
