On 26 March 1970, Prince Charles, Prince of Wales was interrupted a number of times while making a speech at the headquarters of the YMCA in Auckland, New Zealand. The culprit was a noisy radio worn by a police officer guarding the event. The 21-year-old Prince of Wales showed a flash of frustration before handling the incident with good humour.
