Can Pikachu skateboard?

On a mission to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, Ben has set himself the task of skateboarding 100 miles in less then a month. I set out to help him by towing him around with one of my toy cars and then we conducated an experiment to see if Pikachu can skateboard?
