Hi everyone!! Here is the big update of where we're at since my last video in March. We have been "taking a break" from trying to conceive since then, and there's a lot that I've learned and discovered in that timeframe.

Honestly, even if you're not in the part of life where you're trying to conceive, or maybe you never want kids at all, the information I discovered is important for every female (hey - males, too!!) to know. From low progesterone to an MTHFR gene mutation (which men can have, too) and heavy metal detoxing... there's so much that impacts our health, fertility and otherwise.

I would love to know what part of this vlog you found the most interesting or helpful! I love sharing my fertility journey to help empower and educate you girls for your own lives. Can't wait to hear what you think!
