Jamaica has so many traditions that have been completely embedded into it's culture. Many feel that as a country we have been moving away from many of these traditions that make us who we are. This realization was the inspiration for Jamaica Uncut, the social media page created by Dwight Jackson. With it's largest following on Instagram, Jamaica Uncut brings to light the embodiment of what makes Jamaica Jamaica and Jamaicans Jamaican through a series videos, pictures and reposts. Dwight and myself had an extensive conversation about his inspiration in starting Jamaica Uncut, the many people he's helped and what he plans to do in the future with his brand.
