This video shows how to replace the battery on 2015-2022 Chevy Colorado's and GMC Canyon's. The process should be the roughly the same for the gas and diesel models. Note that diesel models use an H8 AGM (group size 49) style battery, whereas gas models use a H6 (group size 48) lead acid battery. You can put an AGM battery in your gas truck if you want.
