Welcome to the School of Personal Finance. In this video, we are discussing how compound interest works. Compound Interest, when used correctly, is a sure path to becoming a millionaire.

Albert Einstein is famously quoted as saying, “Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it earns it. He who doesn’t pays it.”

Compounded interest is an amazing concept. But it takes an ability to save, discipline, and consistency. People do not like to wait, they want an easy quick fix. This is not that. It takes discipline not to spend your money for 30+ years. It is hard to do. It also takes time to see your returns add up. But over time, the returns can be massive.
