A Spanish butcher taught me this chicken trick! I don't cook any other way!
Ingredients and preparation:
1 chicken (approx. 2 kg).
Cut off the wings.
Cut the chicken like in the video.
Remove unnecessary parts.
200 g soft butter.
3-4 cloves of garlic.
Zest of a lemon.
1-2 tsp salt.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder.
black pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
mix well.
Leave the rest of the mixture for later.
Do it like in the video.
Add butter to the chicken.
distribute over the entire area.
6-8 lemon slices.
Vegetable fat.
1 clove of garlic.
Fry chicken over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
50 ml soy sauce.
1 teaspoon honey.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Spice mix.
2 tablespoons ketchup.
mix well.
Brush the chicken with marinade.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
Brush the chicken with marinade.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 °C (top/bottom heat).
In 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

4 boiled eggs.
Separate egg yolks and whites.
Cut the egg whites as in the video.
Grind the egg yolk.
3 tbsp sour cream.
Salt.
Your favorite spices.
mix well.
Add dressing to salad.
