LATEST FROM CERN: Though it is clear that the Higgs particle has been discovered, it is becoming more clear that there are deviations from prediction. With CMS data (http://cds.cern.ch/record/1728249?ln=en) beginning to lean more towards displaying the same "Twin Peaks" anomaly found in the ATLAS data (http://arxiv.org/pdf/1406.3827v1.pdf), but in reverse, physicists appear to be more aware of a "Higgs Paradox" developing. See physicist discuss these issues in the latest Hangout with CERN video, "Higgs news and more! (S04E04)" (Hangout with CERN: Higgs news and more! (S04E04)).

SUPPORTING MATERIAL: Fermilab's Don Lincoln presents data regarding the newly found Higgs particle, which, according to Lincoln, appears to indicate the need for new physics. The updated data presented by Lincoln remains consistent with the data used to suggest a "Higgs Paradox" (Don Lincoln June 2013: The Energy Frontier of Physics (   • Don Lincoln June 2013: The Energy Fro...  ))
