How do we get started with Lean? There is not one set answer. Sometimes the management team needs a proof of concept pilot “project” to get started. In this video, a team is put together to focus on improving a particular process that has lots of inspections and checks. The team defines the problem and breaks it into manageable pieces. It finds one particularly egregious problem to address.
