About the project
This device is mainly built with metal mechanical parts, a mainboard, and two motors. It dispenses cards to designated places with high reliability and efficiency.
About the program
1. Turn on the device. The 7-segment display shows the distance detected by the ultrasonic sensor.
2. The readings of line follower sensor, 0 and 1, control the rotating direction of the DC motor.
3. When the distance to an object is less than 5cm, the device starts to deal cards into 3 stacks.
4. When finishing organizing the dispensed cards, put your hand in front of the ultrasonic sensor, then the device will restart to deal cards.
