Apple Crisp For 2
2 apples
a little sugar cinnamon for apples
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup plain flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 T. soft butter

1/4 cup chopped pecans

350 30 minutes

Biscuits for 2
1 cup plain flour
1/2 T. baking powder
1/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 T. shortening or lard
3 oz. buttermilk

350 to 400 degree oven
10 to 12 minutes
