Kids and adults with ADHD are more likely to have sensory processing challenges than neurotypical peers...and since taste, smell, touch, sight, and sound are ALL part of the eating/cooking process, this can have major impacts on eating routines. Meal time and food can be really overstimulating! What happens when your child is overstimulated? Or understimulated? What can you do when this is interfering with your child's appetite or desire to eat? Why does this happen? That's what I'm here to discuss today!
