In this video I’m going to talk about 3 ways in which you can kick start and boost your metabolism, simply and naturally, while on the keto lifestyle. While we continue our lives under lockdown and with certain restrictions, we have the opportunity to embrace the time we have to do what we love to do, to try new things, and to continue healthful habits for our minds and bodies, and for our families.

Metabolism plays big part in that book and an even bigger one in our lives. There are many misconceptions when it comes to metabolism and it is really an area that hasn’t always been explored hand in hand with keto.
