Nancy Gertner presents Sentencing, Risk Assessment, and Re-Offending at the Colloquium on Law, Neuroscience, and Criminal Justice on March 14 -- 15, 2013 in Palo Alto, California. Professor Gertner (U.S. District Judge, Ret.) is Professor of Practice at Harvard Law School.
