Welcome to today's video - SUNDAY RESET ROUTINE // Weekly Reset: meal prep, mini closet declutter & clean with me

In today's video I take you WAY BACK to when I filmed this on 29 Jan before I test*d pos the next day to the spicy cou*h! I got ridiculously sick and was off my 9-5 for 1.5 weeks and slowly recovering now - the lack of routine while sick killed me!

Anyway I am back at it now xx

In this video I take you through my typical sunday reset routine where I ensure from 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon I only do things that help me reset for the week ahead! In this video I went to try flow yoga at Ground Up in Canberra for the first time! It WAS INCREDIBLE! I had genuinly never been to a class like that before, it was as if the instructor was so skilled at what she was doing she didn't feel the need to just follow a class plan. She was able to take the class where they were, helped everyone do headstands and yeah it was just amazing!

After a chill sunday yoga session, I went grocery shopping to get ingredients for Hainanese Chicken which is my favourite meal prep recipe that stays fresh for ages! It is a super quick recipe too! I do a little mini grocery haul when I get home even though most of our stuff comes with Hello Fresh!

After eating a leftover Hello Fresh meal (Tofu Satay Tacos) for dinner and watching a little bit of Emily in paris.... we begin the weekly reset clean! We meal prep, clean the kitchen, vacuum, and even do a little mini closet clean out!

After the tedious cleaning tasks are over, it is self-care sunday time! I do a facemask for sam and I, read my book and take my medicine - probably shouldn't have taken it given it lowers my immune system but oh well I was in for a ride!
