A huge fan of Martha Wells’ popular scifi series Murderbot, Patrick talks about why this character resonates with himself so much, and why he adores the series. He’s not afraid to address the realness of mental health in this fantastic conversation.

The Murderbot Diaries is a series created by Martha Wells.

It has a dark past – one in which a number of humans were killed. A past that caused it to christen itself “Murderbot.” but it has only vague memories of the massacre that spawned that title, and it wants to know more. It teams up with a research transport vessel named ART. Murderbot goes rogue at a mining facility only to discover something that will change the way it thinks.
