Hello welcome to Our Cabin In The Woods. Our story really started in 2013. We talked about being more self-relient. So we started looking for property. We found this 10 acres fully wooded oak property. Our kids have all moved on and have the own family's. We sold our log home. 6-20-2015 is when we moved into our camper on the property lived in it for 9 months while building our new 1600sq ft log home.

We have egg laying chickens, meat chickens, turkeys, pigs, and goats.
We also have five real nice gardens.
