NO NEUTRAL? Riding mower HARD to PUSH WONT ROLL forward or back. HOW TO FIX a common CRAFTSMAN or ANY type of Riding LAWNMOWER has NO NEUTRAL will not move. Bypass lever not working. It is usually because of RUSTED froze up BRAKE CALIPER pins! Hydrostatic trans feels like stuck in gear. VERY common issue problem solved and EASY REPAIR. Often occurs after sitting or in storage over the winter. Take off brake caliper and pistons and pads and clean mechanism parts spring washer and components. GREAT CLOSE UPS of brake components.
