I wouldn't be without it now. BSD can Reduce the risk of lane-change crashes by 14% and decrease the risk of lane-change crashes with injuries by 23% according to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

Probably the best safety mod to the campervan.

I complete the installation of the aftermarket CISBO Blind Spot Radar detection (BSD) and Lane change assistant (LCA) advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).

I've had this fitted for some time and just finished off some tidying up / connecting to the indicators and reverse. I wouldn't be without it now.
