The Elgato HD60 X is a great capture card, with very low latency and very high specs but is it the right one for you? That depends on how much you want to future-proof your setup and how you share the content you capture. With VRR, HDR, 4K, capture (separately) Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and high-end PC owners will benefit the most from this powerful tech. The HD60 X is currently priced at $200 vs. it's $180 predecessor, the HD60 S+ is still a very capable card, but with such a minuscule price difference, the X is currently the smarter choice.
