With the many new upgrades to my garage, I figured this was a good time for me to swap out the smaller bench top sand blasting unit from Harbour Freight for a larger standing unit, for multiple reasons. When working on cars that see 4 different seats, corrosion and oxidation play a big role in shortening the service intervals for many components of a car, so if you can remove that oxidation and corrosion, and then protect it with a protective coating, you can have your car back on the road without having to buy new parts. Pay for this sandblasting setup once, and save yourself a ton of money in the long run. In this video, I go over the many upgrades I’ve done to my new cabinet to greatly improve my blasting experience.
