narcissists want you to be the one that reaches out to them because when/if you do, they think everything they have done to you is ok. Not all narcissists or toxic people do this but the ones that do want to avoid accountability and blame you for whatever you went through.

I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
