In this video I am showing a way to fix the "You cannot shrink a volume beyond the point where any unmovable files are located. See the "defrag" event in the Application log for detailed information about the operation when it has@mpleted." problem that occurs when we try to create an unallocated space or a new partition from an existing partition.
