We call this virtual culture building. While every one of our Virtual Assistants is more than happy working from home, not to mention they make 30-40% more than counterparts working in call centers, the one thing they do miss is the community aspect.

We've solved that problem by developing the concept of a happy hive. Our team are all connected via Slack, through which we provide support, motivational and professional development.

We've developed a completely unique model to serve both sets of our clients: the clients that pay, and the clients that serve (the virtual assistants).

On 2nd Oct 2021, many of the team met to celebrate my birthday. This was my way to appreciate all their hard work and dedication.
