MasterPrint 5X™ is Ingersoll Machine Tools’ 5 axes version of its MasterPrint™ 3X 3D-printer.

With its innovative 2 axes nozzle extruder added to its 3 linear axes gantry positioner, MasterPrint 5X™ provides your company with the capability to print at any fixed angle, to print at any variable angle and to overprint contoured geometries in 5 axes.

MasterPrint 5X's mission is to manufacture extra-large tools and parts shortening the lead time from months to weeks, reducing manufacturing steps and costs, repairing, re-milling, re-using existing prints.

MasterPrint 5X is available in a hybrid version with multiple modules operated under the same gantry: 3D-printing, milling, fiber placement, tape laying, inspection, trimming.

Controls are based on industrial grade Siemens 840D SL CNC and Siemens Sinumerik One.

Slicing and simulation at any printing angle are performed with Ingersoll proprietary software.
