So the larger family was unpacking their Christmas gifts, and one of the boys got a box full of returned Amazon stuff (please, really just do that as gag). One of the items in the box was a Chinese made USB charger.

Since that thing was totally unusable in Germany/Europe (the reason why will become clear during the teardown), I confiscated it with a teardown in mind. And so we’re going to unbox and take it apart now.
