ISF has proudly supported Muslim filmmakers since 2009 with film scholarships. In 2014, ISF created the first American Muslim Film Grant supporting Muslim filmmakers to produce their films and reach audiences, telling their own stories from their own lens. ISF has expanded these initiatives with multiple programs, mentorship and networking opportunities to amplify filmmakers and strengthen American Muslim representation in film.
