Our simple, 30-second process of cleaning your PEX build surface between prints. If you follow this between every print you will keep contaminants from filaments from building up over time and reducing adhesion, you will remove any hazing left by the previous 3d print, and you will keep the surface consistent and beautiful.

You will need the following:
-90% Isopropyl Alcohol or higher
-Fresh Paper Towels
-A plastic scraper if needed to remove the skirt or purge layers (do not use metal)

0:07 Flex parts off the Flexi Plate, never pry or scrape
0:11 Beautiful bottom of prints
0:21 Previous print hazing
0:27 IPA
0:32 Steel Wool 000 or red Scotchbrite
0:37 5-10 second buff
0:40 Clean with a fresh paper towel
0:48 Repeat
1:00 Ready to mount and use!
