Street Six time lapse

Ford 300 inline 6 engine rebuild for a 1972 Ford F100. Fun little engine build that had its challenges but after tearing apart five engines that had either cracked blocks or were too far gone to rebuild, I found one good enough to rebuild. Big thanks to Dave Millar and Paul Wiebe from Millar Auto Machine for the machine work and finding performance parts and making them fit. Also big thanks to my dad for helping me out, couldn’t have done it without them! There’s a special story behind this build which influenced the way it was built and how it got named “Street Six.” Long story short the goal was to make it interstate friendly for a 7000km road trip from Canada to Mexico to meet a very special señorita. After a lot of coffee and burning the midnight oil, working day and night scrambling to finish. It missed the deadline which bought more time to do things right and polish more parts. In the end everything worked out well, lots learned and “Street Six” is ready to hit the road!
