This alfredo sauce is made with cannellini beans or white beans. We used canned beans here to save some time and we mixed it them with some lemon juice, garlic and onions, nutritional yeast and salt. We also decided to keep this recipe oil free and just use some water for frying. The sauce is super creamy and coats the zoodles nicely.
